Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a product derived from patient's own blood that has shown high efficacy in stimulation of the body’s own healing and regeneration processes. - Your physician draws 15 ml of blood from your arm to isolate the platelets (thrombocytes). A medical device and centrifuge is used to perform this procedure.
