Get to know the potential of EXO|E™ and complement the course of aesthetic procedures to level-up your patient journeys!

Putting the Science of Nature to Work

Applying a biomimetic approach to the science of beauty, the EXO|E™ Revitalizing Complex is a consortia of plant-based secretory factors, including plant-derived exosomes, that correspond to the skin’s needs. The bio-based patented technology helps support and supplement the skin’s balance.

The total solution of  EXO|E™ carries the exosomes and other extracellular vesicles. The key ingredients in the solution are derived from the proprietary methodology of culturing Ustilago Cynodontis Ferment and the activation of stem cells from Piper Nigrum L and Withania Somnifera Root (Ashwagandha Root).

Consortia Factors ⍺1 – a comprehensive curated collection of potent, naturally occurring plant secretory factors to complement the course of aesthetic procedures

Within the process of cell activation, many cell-secreted factors are released into a conditioned medium (CM).1   EXO|E™ skin revitalizing complex is comprised of thousands of those plant secretory factors, that are all together referred to as CF - ⍺1.

CF - ⍺1 includes:

  • Growth factors
  • Peptides
  • Liposomes
  • Amino Acids
  • Proteins
  • Exosomes

Exosomes – the rising star in the aesthetic field!

Exosomes, tiny vesicles secreted by cells, have recently taken the spotlight in scientific and medical communities, generating an unprecedented level of excitement. Released during exocytosis, they function as extracellular vesicles that participate in the intercellular communication of various physiological and pathological processes.2

Several Studies have shown that the content of exosomes mediates wound repair, has anti-aging effects), inhibits hyperpigmentation and signals pathway for collagen among many other regulatory mechanisms.3

Exosomes can reduce the time from wound repair inflammation to remodeling.3

Mesenchymal stem cell exosomes (MSCs-EXOs) encapsulated miR-223 regulate the polarization of macrophage M2 by targeting pknox1 and reducing the related inflammatory factor IL-10, TNF-α expression, thereby controlling the inflammatory response3
