  Prof. Martina Kerscher | Universität Hamburg (Germany)

  Prof. Martina Kerscher studied human medicine at the Technical Universities of Regensburg and Munich, earning a medical degree in 1989 and a Dr. med. (1990). She trained in dermatology and venereology at LMU Munich (1989-1994) and qualified in allergology (1996). Habilitated at Ruhr University Bochum (1996) and became Head of Cosmetic Science at the University of Hamburg (2000).

  Main focus: skin quality, ageing, physiology, pathology, dermatocosmetics, minimally invasive procedures, and GCP-compliant clinical studies on skin treatments.

  Dr. Dr. Konstantin Frank | Universitätsklinikum Regensburg (Germany)

  Dr. Dr. Konstantin Frank, M.D. is renowned for his extensive research, having published 150 peer - reviewed articles. The research team he is in involved with pushed the frontiers of facial anatomy for minimally - invasive treatments in the last decade. Dr. Dr. Frank is a globally presenting speaker at prestigious meetings and teaches facial anatomy for minimally - invasive procedures all around the world.

  Dr. Elena Caride | CEO Dra Caride Antiaging Clinic Alicante (Spain)

  Dr. Elena Caride is an Aesthetic Doctor and CEO of Dra Caride Antiaging Clinic in Alicante, Spain, since 2020. She is co-director of the master's degree in comprehensive aesthetic and anti-aging medicine at Miguel Hernández University of Elche. A family medicine specialist, Dr. Caride is currently pursuing doctoral studies at Miguel Hernández University. She holds a Master's in Aesthetic Medicine, a Master's in Trichology and Hair Micrograft, and a Postgraduate in Medical Genetics. Dr. Caride earned her Medical Degree from Santiago de Compostela University.

  Prof. Syed Haq | MD (United Kingdom)

  Professor Syed Haq is a multi-award-winning clinician and scientist from the Wellcome Trust and Medical Research Council who has over 100 peer-reviewed publications including Nature Med. He has overseen multiple clinical trials in the UK. He has had two orphan drug designations with USFDA. Using the full range of the Croma portfolio he has conducted several key studies. He has specialized in treating the aging skin, the innate immune system and neuroinflammtory diseases and most recently founded a biopharmaceutical company which is ore-paring a novel first in class product to treat age-related diseases systemically.

  Dr. Rami Haidar | Skin Experts Polyclinic (Dubai)

  Dr. Rami Haidar, a distinguished Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, graduated from Cairo University and completed his training in the UK. He became a member of The Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh before working as a Specialty Doctor in Facial Surgery at the University Hospital of Wales. Dr. Haidar developed the groundbreaking 3PF technique, now widely adopted worldwide.

  Dr. Daniela Rudowitz | Global Medical Director, Croma-Pharma

  Daniela Rudowitz is leading the Global Medical Affairs department and brings more than 15 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry to Croma. Being a Board-Certified Medical Affairs Specialist, Daniela is passionate about generating and publishing robust scientific data and facilitating knowledge transfer to the medical community to support Health Care Providers in making informed treatment decisions.

  Dr. Arkan Zwick has a master degree in law and PhD in European law and is Regulatory Affairs professional with more than 15 year expertise in global compliance, policy development, and regulatory strategy. He excels in navigating complex regulatory landscapes including EU Medical Devices Regulations MDR and its implementation regulations on aesthetic purpose devices such as dermal fillers, ensuring efficient product approvals, and maintaining adherence to international standards. Arkan is dedicated to fostering innovation while upholding safety and quality in the medical device industry for the benefit of healthcare professionals and patients.

  Dr. David Kuroki-Hasenöhrl | Director Development, Croma-Pharma

  Dr. David Kuroki-Hasenöhrl holds a PhD in Microbiology and has over 14 years of experience as a research and development professional in the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his career, he has led the development of various medical products, including hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, successfully registered for sale across the EU, US, and global markets. As a recognized expert in the science of dermal fillers, Dr. Kuroki-Hasenöhrl frequently serves as a company speaker, translating complex scientific concepts into practical insights for medical professionals.
