Working in production and operations
At our new, ultra-modern and fully automated production site with an area of 2,200 m², 5,000 syringes per hour are manufactured in the clean room.
Our systems are operated over 12 hours a day from Monday to Friday, so a willingness to work shifts is required for work in production and packaging.
If you are enthusiastic about state-of-the-art technology, flexible in terms of time and willing to work hard, then the Croma production and technology team is the right place for you!
Working in quality management
In quality management, you will play a key role in ensuring that all production processes and end products meet our strict quality and safety requirements.
We use innovative technologies for analytical tests in our 500 m2 laboratory.
As Croma-Pharma develops, manufactures and distributes medical devices, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, you will be confronted with various international specifications.
If you enjoy analysing, testing and documenting precisely, then you will enjoy a position in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering or Quality Control.
Working in Supply Chain Management
Our supply chain teams ensure that our products are always available to meet customer demand. They coordinate all aspects of supply, from supply planning, procurement and manufacturing to inventory management of packaging and delivery.
If you have a commercial background, a good command of English and solid IT skills, our Material Planning, Purchasing and Customer Service teams look forward for your support.
In our 1000 m2 warehouse, we manage products and materials on 2000 pallets every day. If you have a forklift licence and are not afraid of physical strain, you are welcome to join our team.
Natural science departments
Our R&D team is focused on the development of next generation biopolymers and composites. Croma's clinical development team has an impressive track record of delivering global device and drug development programmes.
