Our internship programme
Would you like to gain an initial insight into the processes of a pharmaceutical company? During a holiday internship at Croma-Pharma, you can take a look behind the scenes in various departments and earn your first money.
#Become an expert on any field
Our trainee programme
Do you have a degree in natural sciences or economics? Our trainee programme offers you a quick entry into the company with several rotations. You will get to know the company better, especially across departments. After 12 months, you will have the opportunity to join the company on a permanent contract.
#Learn to achieve
Our apprenticeship programme
We train apprentices in technical and scientific professions.
In the chemical laboratory technician apprenticeship programme, you will spend 3.5 years learning everything about laboratory operations in a manufacturing company. You will learn methods for analysing raw materials, stability and product control. On completion, you will also master wet chemical processes for our research. The combination of four vocational school classes and extensive practical experience will make you a sought-after specialist with all doors open to you.
In the IT technology apprenticeship, you will be part of an expert team that deals with all IT infrastructure issues and our system landscape. Without our IT, our work would simply be impossible, as it is integrated into all areas. This will give you an insight into many different areas. The apprenticeship lasts four years and offers an exciting mix of theoretical knowledge at vocational school and practical application in day-to-day work.
